What is this??
Geoff was home with Parker alone yesterday for a little while since I had to go get my TB skin test and a chicken pox titer blood test (to prove that I have immunity to it) and the flu shot...all for nursing school. So anyway- it was her nap time. When I got home, he informed me that all he said to her was, "Are you ready to go night-night?" And she said, "nah-nah?" and grabbed her lovey and blankie and went into her room where he rocked her for a couple of minutes and laid her down without a peep. I almost didn't believe him (I really did though) because when I put her down for a nap there is usually a little "fighting" it that goes on, which really isn't bad because it only lasts a few minutes, but still...it's not so peaceful as Geoff's experience. Then, just now, I saw it with my own 2 eyes.... he did it again. He asked her if she wanted to go "night-night" and she walked right into her room, he shut the door, rocked her for a minute and put her down. Not a peep. It's funny how they'll do one thing for one parent and not the other... Little stinker!
Oh yea, it is funny how they do some for one and not the other!
