Anything Baby Boutique

A little over a year and a half ago....my mom, sister, and I started talking about opening our own business. We wanted to make personalized baby items: such as bibs, burp cloths, onesies, bloomers/diaper covers, dresses, hooded towels, bags, etc.

And soon after we discussed our dream of opening this business.....Kristin had a baby (Payton), I got pregnant with Grace, and life just took us in a different direction.

This past July, something finally started to click. We started trying to make samples of what we wanted to sell, learning all that we could about starting up a business, getting our business registered, pricing, getting our tax ID, buying wholesale, making lots of mistakes.....learning so much.

And now....we are excited to announce that .....Anything Baby Boutique has launched.

We opened up our shop on Etsy about 3 weeks ago and have been filling out the ropes. And now I just wanted to share it with all of you. This can maybe explain most of the reason I have been absent on the blog!

We are excited about where we are now, but are looking forward to adding more items as we can.

Look who's crawling....

.....and into everything! She started 'army crawling' and scooting on her belly about 6 weeks ago (around 8 months old).....and I thought that she would have started crawling sooner after. Well....she got pretty fast at that scooting and didn't start crawling consistently until about a week ago!

I had not really gotten any pictures of her crawling, so today I finally got a few. ;)

And she loves, loves, loves her sister!


And she really likes to try to poke her eyes, scratch her face, and pull her hair! ;)

She was pulling on the curtains. And I said, "No Grace," with a firm, but not raised, voice. And she just started smiling and shaking her body and head 'no.' Little stinker!








I haven't quite figured out these faces that she makes?



And this next picture has nothing to do with crawling or getting into things....but it's a good picture of her 5 teeth. And I think she is working on the 6th! Poor baby.
