Class is over!!

Yesterday was my last day of class for my first semester in nursing school! Now I just have 3 finals to take next week, and will be done for good on Wednesday, May 7th! I'm counting down the days! Then, I will be home for 3 and half months (until August 25th) when I will begin my 2nd semester. Needless to say, I am immensely excited about being home with Parker! It has been hard being away from her, but the three of us have survived!

Just blending in...

A long-time friend of the family, Sharon, made this camo outfit for Parker. Her husband goes to the deer lease with my dad and Geoff, so the theme was all too fitting!

Pulling up!!

Parker turned 7 months old yesterday! I know I always say this (and I honestly knew it would happen this way)...but I just can't get over how fast she's growing up!

Yesterday she pulled herself up for the first time in order to see her toys in her little toy trunk. This morning we got it on video, and below is the clip. We're so proud of our little girl!

Bluebonnets galore...

Today, Kristin and I took Parker to a field of bluebonnets and took some pictures. She tolerated the 'photo session' pretty well.

Inch by inch...

Parker is getting to where she is wanting to do more, but just isn't quite there yet! Here is a clip from this afternoon where she is enjoying being somewhat mobile (with my help, of course!).

(Don't know what happened to the sound, but she was giggling when she would move forward.)

Update...

Well- it's been a while since I've posted, so I decided to put up some new pictures of Parker. Nothing exciting has been going on, so I haven't really had much to add! I have about 1 more month of school left for the semester, and I am counting down the days!! Just trying to tie up loose ends with end of semester projects and exams. Geoff is doing well...just working a lot (or so it seems). Parker seems to be doing more and more each day. She really has a personality now!! We are almost through with introducing all of the vegetables and fruits one at a time. She seems to like most everything (well- except for the green beans and peas....but I sneak them in from time to time, and she doesn't like them...but she tolerates them!). Hope everyone is doing well!
