the pumpkin farm

This past Saturday we headed out with Kristin, Phil and Payton to a nearby pumpkin and blueberry farm.  Included in price of admission was feed for the animals, a hayride, and hot dog.  We were there about an hour and a half and I think the girls had a pretty good time!

This was the first really cool day since last winter/spring and while I am absolutely loving it....I quickly realized that we are not prepared.  Jackets, shoes, warms clothes.....mostly all worn out, missing pieces, or outgrown.  I need to go through all of their drawers and get tubs down from the attic and see what I really do have and get rid of what we don't need anymore.  Such a pain but I know it will be so worth it and feel good to be organized.

As suspected....the girls had nothing to do with feeding the animals...

I think this was the girls' first hayride!  And it's been quite a while for me, as well.
