A Tale of the Tennis Ball

Corny title, I know. But nevertheless...this is just an example of things we do when we get to go outside and play....

I threw the ball for the dog to get. But Parker got it instead.

And she had big plans for this tennis ball....

You can see the intent in her eyes and furrowed brough...

almost there...

In her head she thinks..."the dog's water bowl is in front of me..."

And "Splat!" In the dog's water bowl. Only....

She doesn't really want it in the water bowl. She puts it in there, but then says "AAaaeehh"(in a whiny voice) because she wants me to get it out...

But I say, "Nooo....you get it out." So she did.

Then she's on a mission to take the tennis ball to the doggie.....

Poor Parker. The doggie won't even look at her. Lola is kind of funny like that. She only wants the ball if you throw it, and even then it's iffy.

So we come back to the trusty ole water bowl... (notice bucket in)

(notice bucket out)

Forget the ball...I just want to get my hands and everything else wet!
(Please excuse the blurriness of this photo...it almost hurts my eyes.)

The End.

Cute, cute and cutest! Lola is a sweet girl too though. I'm so glad she's good with Parker too.
