Parker and I visited the arboretum today with my friend, Jodie, and her 3 kiddos. It was a beautiful day and we had a great time.
But in addition to our great time...this was Parker's first time ever to get her face painted. She watched as Sydney and Samantha got tigers painted on their faces (which I do not have pictures of because I was not good and didn't take any...but they looked really good!).
Then it was Parker's turn. I wasn't going to force her...but she seemed interested. And when it was her turn....I plopped her onto the bench...told the lady that I wanted something simple and quick since it was her first time...so she did a butterfly. It matched her dress. And Parker did so well...she just sat there....with her finger in her mouth the entire time! She was so still! (which kind of surprised me) But I was so proud of her sitting there like a big girl getting her face painted! She is growing up! (as if I do not say that enough on here!)
This is before....
During....
And the finished product....(notice: finger still in mouth! :)

How cute!!! That is so awesome that she sat still and did so great!! She is growing so much!!
Your camera made the butterfly look 3D!
Adorable! I love the finger in the mouth! It will give her more leverage she thinks if she has to make a quick getaway!
That is the sweetest little face. I love when she poses holding her hands in the front ( I think the first picture on here is like that.) Just when I think there couldn't be a better or more adorable picture or set of pictures taken of her you post something like this. Love the dress too. LOVE IT. LOVE IT ALL!
