We are set to close on our new house next Friday. So....with that being said...I am hoping that nothing happens to keep it from happening! I don't know necessarily what 'that' could be...but you know....I guess anything can happen.
And the main reason I hope it happens on Friday (other than the fact that I am excited about the new house)...is that I return to school for my 4th and final semester of nursing school on the following Monday (the 31st). So I want to be able to get as much done as I can that weekend!
Here are a few new pics. I'm not going to inundate you with everything...but just a few of the changes that have occured since the last house update about 2 weeks ago....
Here are a couple of pictures of the kids' bathroom...I had not photographed it before because we did not have electricity...but now we do!

And the living room again...only this time...with carpet and the light/fan. The carpet really changes the look of the place, eh? ;)
And our shower was installed...not too exciting to us...but Parker seemed to like it...
And here's the picture of the front of the house (as if you didn't already know that!). They put the sod in today (or maybe yesterday)...and they were supposed to also do the shrubs and trees this afternoon after we left.

It is just so nice. David and I actually drove by last week, very nice neighborhood, and it's great that the school is right down the street.
