Grace's First Haircut

I think it was this past Saturday evening (all of the days really do run together....especially flipping back and forth from staying up all night to staying up days......).  Anyway- Grace was a little overdue for a little trim.  It was getting a little shaggy in the back and about an inch or so longer on the sides than in the middle.


Nothing too exciting, but for documenting's sake.....here is her first 'hair cut.'

We don't have as many pictures as I would have liked....but she is such a wiggle worm!  And....it didn't help that Sister was sitting right next to her moving just as much!  A lot different than Parker's first haircut where we gave her a toothbrush to occupy her and she was mostly still.  She was 15 months old and had lots more hair than this gal does at 19 months!




And now for Grace's.....

A little cleaner?  No?

Then, of course, Sister needed her hair cut.  Which I was what I was hoping for.  She needed a trim, too.

 

I know my hair cutting skills are lacking.  And one of these days I'll take them to get a 'real' hair cut, but for now....this will do.
