Some of this stuff I already have on hand to make the grocery buying budget a little lower since I need clothes detergent (and a few other things like this) this week.
This week.....
-Cream Cheese Chicken Enchiladas (my mouth is watering! These look so good. I will probably make 2- 8x8 pans. Cook one, and freeze one.
I even think I'm going to make a Sopapilla Cheesecake for dessert! You know what I say about dessert....it's leverage to get the kids to eat their meal! And usually it works. But really....I just want a dessert and this helps me with the justification. ;)
-Crockpot BBQ chicken (I was just going to throw chicken and bbq sauce in crockpot and go, but I found this recipe so I'm going throw in a few extra things since I already have them) and baked potatoes. Some sort of green veggie, too. {Making this tonight because it's easy and little mess.)
-For Saturday night I'll put in a little more work: PW's Taco Pizza. (another recipe I have pretty much everything for which makes it really nice!) (We've made this before and it is so yum!)
For the other days we will fill in with leftovers, dinner at church, and just whatever we can find....Totino's, mac-n-cheese, soup, noodles, grilled cheese, pancakes, etc.
