I'm in love....

Last fall sometime I got Photoshop Elements to help me play around with my photos. I have thoroughly enjoyed this....however....I have since been more educated on some of the things that the full fledged Photoshop can do by visiting The Pioneer Woman's photography website on, pretty much, a daily basis. So for our anniversary (...and my birthday...and mother's day...and Christmas)....Geoff got me the real Photoshop! He just got done installing it a little while ago...and I was not going to mess with it much tonight because I have a test tomorrow that I need to be studying for...but I could not resist! I immediately went to PW's website and downloaded her first set of actions (actions are these things that I really do not know anything about so I won't pretend that I do, but they are basically these preset settings {hence- actions} that you can download--some are free and some you pay for--and it totally transforms your photo....it is photo editing at a whole new level..). I had to share some of the things I did because I am just so excited! And please don't be too judgmental with the quality of these photos because I literally just ran the actions and did not fool around with any of the levels or mixing and matching or any of the other things that I can do that I have no idea what they are.....but I am in love! Good thing Spring Break is next week...or I might be in trouble!

So here are some of the examples...

This is the Straight out of the Camera shot with no edits at all...

This one is Lovely and Ethereal...

Fresh and Colorful...

This one is called Soft and Faded....

This one is called Vintage....

PW's B&W....

B&W Beauty....

Boost....

Boost & Quick Edge Burn...
