Cleaning out my purse has been on my list for a while now. It's something that's not that hard....shouldn't take too long....but that you just dread....you know?
Well...this morning. I did it. And I was amused at some of the things that I found. So I thought I'd share......in case you were wondering... :)
And in no particular order....
This little baby doll of Parker's. Don't really know how this ended up there....
Again...another surprise. This is a little toy that is supposed to attach to Parker's play swing for her doll....
Raisins....
This box of contact solution that was given to me at the eye doctor the other day....
This headband that I do not wear in public....I had originally bought for me to use at night to keep my hair out of my face when I wash it....
A pair of my socks??
A diaper....
Crayons...
A Northpark mall map that Parker "needed" when we went a couple of weeks ago....
I think this one is my favorite. It's a little container that hole Guatemalan Worry Dolls. Yes...you are reading correctly. My adult health instructor gave these to our clinical group a year and a half ago...
She had done some mission work there and the little kids is Guatemala make these for money....
This is kind of hard to read...but what it basically says is that each night before you go to bed, tell each doll a worry. Then put it under your pillow and while you sleep the dolls will take your worries away.
A bunch of receipts and old lists.....
And my coupon book....that I usually forget about until after I am already home and purchased the things that I had planned on using the coupons for.

it's amazing isn't it?
This makes me laugh!!!!! Just the other day as I was searching for my keys, I thought to myself "I need to blog about what's in my purse" as i was pulling out a toy Cookie Monster, a Little People boy thing, and wrapping tape?!?! There was more, but the wrapping tape I just couldn't understand why or when it got there....
The worst is when I discover an old sippy cup that was somehow hidden in my purse....stinky milk! Ohhhhh.....Motherhood! :)
The wad of receipts looks like the bottom of my diaper bag1 I am glad to see I am not the only one! :)
